Dear Ex-PYs,

The Cabinet Office is now looking for 7 facilitators who will be in charge
of Course Discussion for next SWY program.

Facilitators are expected to create curriculum and lead academic and
interactive learning activities during onshore training program as well as
onboard the ship.

Recently, qualification of facilitator has slightly changed from previous
years. Here's the highlights of requirement:

- Excellent facilitation skills as well as a strong command
of English
- Profound knowledge on the topic you choose
- Japanese proficiency
- Being Ex-PY of SWY program
