Key Responsibilities:Communications· answering and providing a responsive, customer-focused service on the telephone, via electronic media and face-to-face; dealing with all telephone calls professionally;· high degree of personal presentation when interacting with clients, visitors, colleagues;· handling enquiries and requests when appropriate; · dealing with correspondence and writing letters, and taking dictation and minutes; · liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff; · carrying out Tele Sales as required and agreed on with director; Organization & Scheduling · organizing, coordinating, and maintaining schedules and making appointments; · organizing, preparing material for and attending meetings (as required); · organizing, maintaining, up dating, and filing paperwork, documents and computer-based information; · backing up all documents and paper work on the computer· managing schedules of classes, tutoring and room bookings Documents & Project Work· producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; · carrying out background research and presenting results to director as required; · writing, updating, and maintaining newsletter & website;· carrying out specific projects as required;· planning, organizing, and coordinating activities, functions, events, presentations…etc. · Ensuring all controls, policies and procedures are followed Education & Experience
- Experience: 0 – 1 years
- University Degree; any; Educational field, Business Administration preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Word & Power Point Advanced; Excel Intermediate)
- Extremely high organizational skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with staff, clients and business associates
- Creative and innovative
