Dear Safarists,

Health, vacations, very friendly socialising, photography, herbs
knowledge, astronomy, awesome history and much more are becoming
common things in SS Forum and Socials (outings) where many of us meet
every now and then.

Maged and myself are determind to 'convert' many in this society and
beyond to experience, first hand, the nature of this unqiue country
and mother Earth at large and know how much city-life has taking its
toll from us without us doing much about it.

Well, it's amazing how it's picking up here in SS; the excitement of
many around us is actually a good surprise! :) With our businesses
and jobs, me and Maged couldn't make it as interesting as it is now,
so it must be your enthusiasm!

And you're not 'tourists' adding more pressure on Nature but becoming
increasinly aware of environmental problems too and willing to do
something to enjoy more.

For instance, read Randa's suggestion to clean up in Wadi Digla at:

But photograhy (another way to 'use' Nature) has been celebrated by
Martin after introducing himself. He sent very interesting wildlife
photography URLs in his message at:

Also, Sherif is coordinating an informal photography exhibition in
Randa's place (inviting EVERYBODY on this Wed to contribute even one
single photo about Siwa) in his messages:

As for enjoying nature, the Nile Safari was very different although
we needed a bit more time. Also, some people have already asked me
for other 2 hours walks near Cairo where there's only desert birds
noise and mythical cliffs views. We'll see guys. Wait for more.

Some said they need our company to those places so they could get a
bit distant and silent in Nature. I guess this is easy.

How diversified this community is becoming. Integrated and inter-
dependent! It's "symbiosis" in its social sense (I leave you to look
this word up in Ecological dictionaries ;)

What can I say guys. It's a pleasure to be among you here. Really!

See you later,

Salaa,
