Al Gosiabis' 'lingerie law'

This shows the contradictions and the strange life we are living in
Saudi. At last such a law was set, and it has been a year since it was
declared by the cabinet of ministers. Hopefully now it will be activated,
however, we still have a year before it is effective. Quseibi gave the
shops a year to replace their salemen.

I thiught this was rather amusing - strangely they have just thought
of it - and the willingness in its its application seems rather
alarming to me - not sure what to make of this? Any comments or is it
just too facile?
