This time on "Sahara Wild Life" we will be talking about the Giraffe
A very unique animal which is highly admired .
On the south west corner of Egypt there is a place called "El Gilf El Kebeer" which is a very large plataue on the boarder of EGYPT, LIBIA,SUDAN,CHAD. on this plataue there is a very famous mountain called "Gabal el Uwinat" which has been discoverd by prince Kamal El Din and Prince Omar Toson early last century (we will be talking about this in "Places of the Sahara" ) .there is anouther Uwinat Moutain in the southwest of LIBIA .
In Both mountains they dicoverd latly cave of the early man and one thhe walls of the caver there were inscrbtions and paintings having the Giraffes. this is one of the clues that this animal use to live in the area. In the present times the Graffe is found more south in the sub-sahara area.
