I dont know whom to ask or how to be effetcive to help this poor wheel-chaired elder woman.
From her appearance she is over 80 years, she sits on the road in Mokattam if ur heading to (el mafare2) on her wheeled chair whole day each day, from early morning till the end of the day light, begging :(
the road is deserted on either side.
she is very helpless and very feeble..
someone in the street told me that each day people who own a car come and leave her like this then return by the end of the day to collect (money!) as he said
i dunno if he is honest
I dunno if they are her family, or whosoever, I see next to her glasses of water probably from cars passing by her, her skin is tanned from sun from long exposures.
I dunno how could I help more, i wonder if she wants to go to toilet, or if she needs to rest............alot of questions.. people at her age should be served..
i thought of reporting to police, but then again, what if they abduct her from her family, what if that caused her more hassle than she is already in...
could it be that she is helping her family by begging, but how could they leave her all those hours?
what if she is cold, sometimes the weather is bitterly cold...
?
any suggestions?
