Currently i am working within the marketing departement of a starting recruitment agency dedicated to the healthcare community .. that does not mean that all our target candidates are phsicians and nurses.. we need candidates in all specialities .. that's why i need your help in telling me what are the best advertising channels and when to advertise.. also take into consideration that we still have many job vacancies inside the company itself ..
